Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the heated vest work?

The vest has an integrated electric heating system that is powered over USB. Connect it to a compatible USB power bank, then use the control button on the vest to switch the heating on and change the setting.

Does the vest include a power bank?

No. A power bank is not included. The vest is designed to connect to a suitable USB power bank, which you supply yourself.

Which heating version should I choose?

The number in each version is the number of heated zones: 2, 9, 15 or 21. The 2-Zone version has a single switch, the 9-Zone and 15-Zone have two, and the 21-Zone has four, so the heated groups can be run separately. No version is better than another — choose the level of coverage and control you want.

What sizes are available?

Eight sizes, from M to 6XL. Verified measurements per size are not yet published — see the size guide on this page before ordering.

Options

Choose Your Heating Coverage

The number in each version is the number of heated zones. No version is better than another — it is a choice about how much heated coverage you want and how separately you want to control it.

2-Zone

For customers looking for a simpler heated setup. Controlled by a single switch.

9-Zone

For customers wanting broader heated coverage, split across two independently switched groups.

15-Zone

For customers wanting more extensive heated coverage, still controlled through two switches.

21-Zone

For customers wanting the highest available heating coverage option, with four switches so the heated groups can be run separately.
