Ordering & Contract

Products shown in the store are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description is clearly wrong, we may decline the order and refund any amount already paid.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in the country you order from, and the details you give at checkout must be accurate and complete.

Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. The amount payable, including any shipping cost and applicable taxes, is shown in full before you confirm payment. Payment is handled by the payment provider offered at checkout; card details are not received or stored by this store.

Prices and product descriptions may change at any time before an order is placed.

Delivery

Available shipping methods, costs and destinations are shown during checkout and summarised on the shipping page. Delivery estimates are guidance rather than guaranteed dates.

Your Consumer Rights

If you buy as a consumer, you keep every right given to you by the consumer law that applies to your purchase, including the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales and the statutory guarantee covering faulty or non-conforming goods. Product Use & Safety

The products sold here include an electrically heated garment powered by a USB power bank, which is not included. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the product, disconnect the power source before cleaning or storage, and stop using the product if wiring, connectors or controls are damaged.

Accuracy of Content

Product information is published to the best of our knowledge. Technical details that have not been verified are deliberately omitted rather than estimated. We do not warrant that every piece of content on the site is complete or current at all times, and this does not affect your statutory rights.

Applicable Law
