Orders are processed after purchase, and shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Orders can currently be placed for delivery to Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Additional destinations will appear here once they are available.
- Processing: orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. A fixed dispatch window is not published here, because none is configured yet.
- Delivery estimates: any estimate shown during checkout is guidance and may vary depending on destination, carrier and circumstances outside our control. Guaranteed or next-day delivery is not offered.
- Tracking: tracking is not promised for every order. Where the carrier provides a tracking reference, it is sent to you after dispatch.
- Costs: the shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout and shown in the total before you pay. Free shipping is not currently offered.
Returns
Return rights and procedures are governed by our published return policy and by the consumer law that applies to your order.

- Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the procedure and the return address
- Items should be returned in their original condition, with the power source disconnected and removed
- Who pays return postage depends on the reason for the return and the policy that applies to your order
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
