Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union who buy at a distance generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right follows from applicable consumer law and exists independently of anything this store chooses to offer on top of it.
To withdraw, tell us clearly that you wish to do so before the period ends — a message through the contact page is enough. After informing us, the goods should be sent back without undue delay. Exact deadlines and conditions can vary with the consumer law that applies in your country.
Legal Guarantee for Faulty or Non-Conforming Goods
Separately from the withdrawal right, consumers are entitled to a statutory guarantee if goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or do not match their description. Under EU consumer law this period is normally at least two years from delivery.
Nothing in this store replaces, shortens or limits those statutory rights. No separate commercial warranty is currently offered; if one is introduced, it will be published here as an addition to your legal rights, never as a substitute for them.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us first so we can confirm the procedure and the return address
- Disconnect and remove the power bank before packing the vest — never return an item with a power source connected
- Return the item in a condition that allows us to identify and inspect it
- Keep proof of postage until the return has been processed
A fixed return address is not published here yet. It is confirmed to you directly when a return is agreed, so that returns are not sent to an address that cannot receive them.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return postage depends on the reason for the return and on the consumer law that applies to your order. Returns are not advertised as free, because no free-return service is configured in this store. The cost that applies to your specific return is confirmed to you before you send anything back.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, refunds are made within the period required by the applicable consumer law. No shorter or faster processing time is promised here, because that would be a commitment this store has not yet set up.
Exchanges
An automatic exchange service is not offered. If you need a different size or heating version, contact us and we will confirm what is possible for your order. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.
